How to Record (Video)

There are two ways to record the videos:

Make sure you have good lighting and a background that is not too sterile.
Be relaxed and natural, and talk about anything you want to.
Telling your life story or something is good but stop after a minute and then listen for a minute like the instructions say on screen.
Make sure the room does not have too much echo and it is quiet with no background noise.
